These Terms of Service govern your use of The Revenue Theory website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
The Revenue Theory provides branding, digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, social media management, and related services to growing businesses. The scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (brand assets, content, etc.). The Revenue Theory retains rights to methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools used in delivering services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The Revenue Theory's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
